In August 2009, we picked Urlando Management to renovate our twenty-five year old house into our dream home. Right from the start, we were impressed with Rocco and John’s professional work ethic and eye for design. They provided an accurate estimate and finished the project within 3 months which was a formidable accomplishment. The final product was even better than our vision.

 

What impressed me the most was that even though we were away for a month, Rocco was always available by phone/e-mail and co-ordinated the work as per the timeline. Moreover, he provided honest advice and the best price to help create the right look within our budget. His group of skilled workers had attention to detail that showed in the quality of the finish. I never imagined I would have bathrooms like these. I feel like I have the kind of bathrooms that would be in a very special five plus star hotel. From the beginning it was collaboration; and as the walls were torn down, the space evolved, utilizing the intrinsic elements of our home, and combining them with a modern sensibility and classic style. I also could not have imagined living through this renovation, with trades arriving each day at eight, and with them always a new development from framing, to plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, tiling, trim, panting, cabinetry; each an expert, pleasant and professional. Greeting your team each day became the rhythm of our mornings, and the house felt very quiet indeed when the job was all done! We do not miss the dust, or having to go to the basement to shower, but aside from a few inconveniences, the renovation was a great experience, and I can’t wait to do the kitchen!

 

I really appreciated your commitment to the job, and your attention to every detail from the construction to my design decisions, like helping me to choose the marble for my vanities. Nothing was a problem. And, the odd time, when there was an issue, it was dealt with quickly and quietly and effectively.
